I keep smelling a really nice laundry powder, but don't know what it is.

It's so frustrating!
When I walk past two certain houses they always have the loveliest smelling washing on the line.

I'm guessing other than knocking on their door and asking them it's a guessing game.

It's a smell that smells familiar to a powder I remember from the 90s but still cannot pinpoint it.

Does anyone know of a washing powder that has stayed the same all those years?

Bold?

I think Ariel smells nice.

Fairy non bio now has imv a very subtle smell , a slight lavender whiff.
I hate strong smelling conditioner, washing powder, liquid so am very pleased that Fairy (which was always ok) is now subtler.

I always use yellow lenor softener and always get people commenting on my clothes, in a nice way.

I use Ariel at the moment and it smells much more scented than fairy.
There are a few different options with bold. Does anyone know which bold has been around the longest?

Surf, the pink one? Tbh don't know if they still male it, tried it once as it smells divine but the whole house came up in skin rashes.

Daz?

My neighbours house smells lovely, it's bloody Zoflora!

I love Bold Lavender and Chamomile, it's pretty 'old fashioned' though. Though as Costco only sells the Lotus Flower and Lily one that's what I use most of the time.

Zoflora does a 'linen fresh' - it's very much like those laundry style perfumes that were big in the early 2000s. I pop some in with my workout gear and they always smell really fresh.

I was stood behind someone in the queue at the post office the other day, and my eyes ended up watering with the smell of their clothes. It was a really strong overpowering scent.

I use Bold for whites, it smells lovely without being too much. And Persil non bio for darks but that has no scent at all.

Is it traditional Blue Lenor? Rather than powder?
