I’m looking for inspiration, need to go shopping this evening for the large monthly shop.
I popped into Asda last night for some milk and tea bags however came away with some fantastic bargains and I’ve saved an absolute fortune this month and next 
Lamb mince x2 - 20p
5% lean British beef mince x5 - 50p
Racks of lamb x 3 - £1.25
Turkey burgers -20p
Butchers pork sausage (12) x2 -40p
Marinated salmon fillets x 20 - 50p 
Fish pie mix - x6 - 65p
2kg joint of brisket beef (£1.63) x 2
1.5kg of chicken breast x 6 - £1.24
There was a few more bargain bits such as fresh ready meal (katsu curry, chicken in pastry, peri peri chicken etc...) all between 20 and 50p
I asked the staff member what had happened and she said a few of the fridges were broken... I wish I’d taken photos as the amount of reduced food could have filled a full isle.
