3 months since miscarriage

Hi everyone looking for advice
I had medication for a missed miscarriage twice which ended me in ane with heavy bleeding (soaking from waist to knees) sorry tmi. That failed so had surgical removal. This all happened 13 weeks ago. I haven’t had a period yet, but do get spotting of brown blood pretty much every day since then. When we have sex the pain afterwards is incredibly bad, my hips and stomach hurt especially when walking. Has anyone experienced this? I’m desperate to get back to normal to try and get pregnant but this is taking a toll on me.

Please call GP and ask for referral for a scan/examination to rule out anything left behind.
Hcg test would also be good to have

Definntely call your doctor about this. You need to be checked for retained tissue.

I had 3 miscarriages. My recovery from the 2 D&Cs I had was relatively quick- I spotted for 7-14 days. I know some bleed for longer. I only had cramping for about a week and no pain after sex.
