Any company you have a relationship with. There may be a charge

Shoxfordian · 03/10/2021 20:49

There’s no charge since GDPR
You can ask any company
Send copies of ID

Totally left field but to be totally transparency My husbands mistress has sent several emails about me from her work account. I would be identifiable. They both work there, I do not.

Can I request sar to assist with divorce?

If the emails are held on the company’s server then you can request them but you’ll only be entitled to information about you- not about her or your ex

This may be trickier as it could depend on how you are identifiable. If you know it is about you but you’re referred to as ‘she’ it would be harder than if she’s referred to you as first name / last name. Even first name might be tricky.
It may also depend on the size / type or organisation and whether they have someone specific to deal with this.

They can redact any other personal details. What are you hoping to achieve?
