4th birthday party timings

Please can you critique my draft timings for DD’s birthday party? She will be 4 and have booked the village hall, hopefully around 15-20 children will come.

Arrive 1430
Entertainer (dance/party games) 1445 - 1545
Party tea 1545 - 1615
Free play/balloons/craft 1615 - 1630

Does that sound enough/about right?

DD has asked for it to be ‘rainbow disco’ themed (!) - apart from the dance entertainer, does anyone have any ideas how I can deliver on that request?!
I can do multicoloured balloons and decs but otherwise I’m struggling

Glows ticks and neon face paint?

Yeah. Things always take longer than you think and kids that age are more than happy running round with balloons and glo sticks

Will the entertainer gave a disco ball or lights?
