I know there is a night shift thread for this but I'm a shift worker so going to bed now. I'm going through a really crappy time atm and last night the roof starting leaking, my parenting was covertly criticised (me being sensitive) by a friend and generally my home life is stressful to say the least. Please can someone help watch the thoughts for now and any tips for picking myself up, smiling a genuine smile and carrying on I'd appreciate any help.
