I didn't mean exactly the same. So probably not 400 people in a game.

But just people dying in similar, albeit less elaborate, circumstances.

I’m on episode 7 and I’m so upset with the characters they killed off during the marble game, not sure if I want to keep watching.

A version of it definitely happens for real. Some of the stories from prisoner of war camps and concentration camps are horrific. Slave owners used to make the people they had enslaved fight for sport and bet on it. There was a horrendous thing called ‘bum fights’ circulating a while back too.

Yes the series is really messed up and made me question if I'm a monster for enjoying it... but how delicious did that steak look in episode 8

Hostel definitely happens I reckon. I mean it's exactly the type of thing some rich people would get their kicks from. Awful.
