I have a vodka and tonic, bowl of crisps and am waiting for DS2 to finish his x-box session at 7.30 then it's pizza night and we'll sit on the sofa watching episodes of Burn Notice (US series particularly enjoyed by 14 year old boys!)

I'm sat in the lounge with a glass of Rioja.
DD8 and SD 7 are upstairs playing on the whiteboard, eating smarties.
DP, Ddog and DSS are collecting a takeaway.
I've been struggling for a few weeks ( MH and all that jazz ) However, I feel weirdly chilled out.

No alcohol here, but I'm having an epic cheat food evening with everything I should not be eating.

House is clean for the first time in ages, I have the day off work tomorrow. Will watch something now, phone my sister, sigh internally when the neighbours starting being noisy at 11pm again, and then sleep like a baby, without a morning alarm.

Evening all! It's raining out, the heating is on and the dogs are snoring. DD11 has a friend sleeping over so they've just taken a pizza upstairs to eat in bed while they play Minecraft. One more watch of the Gruffalo for 2yo and then it's bedtime. He napped late today otherwise he'd have been asleep by 7.

There will be wine later, assuming he stays asleep. And probably a sneaky Mcds delivery. And no doubt some chocolate.

I'm bingeing iZombie so I'll probably stay up later for a change. DD and her friend will probably Netflix or Minecraft in her until I go to bed, but there's no school tomorrow and no immediate plans to do anything expect chill in our pjs all day, so why not.

Im one glass of Sauv down, Ddog snoozing peacefully on my knee and I feel bad rousing her to go get another. Question is, what/who do I love more......

Hey all! I’ve been ploughing my way through paperwork all day, so I’m glad to put it away now.
I’ve got orange flavoured gin, with a plate of radishes, cheese & celery salt to munch.

I'm sat downstairs eating my 3 year olds left over pasta. Ds1 and ds2 snoozing. Dh also snoozing. Getting on zoom with a friend later. Everyone has covid apart from my and I'm enjoying the peace

Just made a salsa. Bread maker is chugging away at the pizza dough.

Glass of red for me and all is right with my world.

I'm finally watching lucifer! No alcohol, can't drink on my meds and no good food either as I'm just not hungry.

Soooo glad its Friday had a G&T in the bath, got out and came down to candles on, Cora and a red wine. Just eaten and ready for another glass.

We popped out to our local pub for a glass of wine which was nice. No more now though as we are out cycling in the morning. Waiting for DH to make homemade fried rice and watching the Scarlets match on TV. Early night ahead!
