Diet meal delivery

Has anyone ever used one of these companies which delivers healthy diet meals to you? I have googled and there are a few out there but I am interested in people’s recommendations.

I am trying to lose weight but finding meal planning a real chore and having the decisions taken out of my hands plus not having to spend hours prepping and cooking would be fantastic.

TIA

I used detox kitchen’s fridge fillers but they were tiny and under seasoned. They were very healthy though and excellent after I’d put a ton of salt on. They were quite expensive so probably would be better to just cook healthier meals myself.

I thought about Jane plan. But its very expensive and decided not to. You cant even have a months trial.

Yes. I had a free month trial of diet chef years ago, because it was free was a bit half hearted, had weekends off, days off where I ate out, but still surprisingly lost.

Lockdown stone on and I’d been trying to shift 30lbs since christmas. Lots of exercise, healthy eating, but nothing. In desperation googled diet chef, saw they had an offer on, and impulse bought the 3 month plan.

After 2 months I am 20lbs down with little exercise over the summer as kids have been around. Breakfast, lunch, snack, plus a dinner with salad/stir fry veg or similar. I am veggie so the dinners seem to be a variation on curry/dhal/chilli, but I don’t mind the limited choice too much. I think meat eaters have a better variety.

I’ve had a month off as had a lot of changes, been away, back in the office etc. I’m finding i’ve fallen into better habits of breakfast/lunch/dinner, less snacking, smaller portions, and generally eating better, so I’ve not gained anything. I still have a month to go so when things settle I will do the last month and hopefully get rid of another 10lb which will put me in the healthy weight range.
