1920s party

Im planning ahead now!! But for my 20th anniversary party I think I'd like to throw a 1920s Great Gatsby style party.
Has anyone ever been to one before or had one of there own!
Was it in someone's house, village hall, pub etc
What made it good!? Did you have lots of decorations and did you put on entertainment?
Did you have 1920s style food or just usual party fare?

We had an online one last year (should have been in person but lockdown happened) and it was excellent fun despite all being in different rooms. Tbf the cocktail making was the best bit, but there were costumes and chatter and good music too 😁
