Firestick subtitles not working

There are no subtitles on 4od and 5od now on the firestick
I've put subtitles on on my firestick and it's showing on iplayer and itvplayer but nothing on 4od or 5od!
It used to have them but mind you used to click them on when you were actually in the app rather than through the firestick
Is anyone else having this problem?
Is this a known fault?

I believe channels 4 and 5 are having subtitle and sound issues since the fire a couple of nights ago. I read the fire suppressants got into some of the buildings electrics and they are fully up and running again yet. Had to watch GBBO with no subtitles earlier.
