Remortgage - how long does it take to get the funds?

We have a DIP, so I am just wondering how long this usually takes?

Can vary from days to months honestly, depending on lender, solicitor and your financial circumstances. Halifax are super quick, some others not so much, also a valuation is needed this can take several weeks depending on surveyor availability - do you know who you are remortgaging to?
