This is both a cheeky fucker and parking related!
I'll try to keep it brief, we live in a courtyard, the centre bit of the courtyard is parking then the houses front onto this. All the houses have 2 allocated parking spaces. It's a private estate with a management company and everyone is lovely apart from one neighbour.
Its come to the attention of the group of ladies I chat to often that arsehole neighbour has rented out one of his parking spaces, but still has 2 cars so is parking the other car in an unofficial space by one of the bin stores. This isn't really a parking space, it's access for the bins but on non bin days people do use it if there are no visitor spots and they need a space.
We've all agreed to park there now as much as poss, problem is that he's always there!!
Management company aren't interested in parking disputes on here so I don't think will get involved but Fred (head of neighbourhood watch) won't be happy. Unfortunately he's on holiday at the moment but once he's back I'm hoping he will sort the situation out!
