I had a c section 4 months ago, recovered fantastically. Fast forward to a couple of days ago I was pratting around, trying to lift my bottom off floor legs straight in the air. For no reason other to see if I could, I can! I was bending my legs over to touch the wall behind me, all good. Except now I feel like I did just after my section, all my stomach muscles hurt, it's gotten worse just, as I was climbing into bed. Have I done any lasting damage do you think or it will be fine in a few days?
