Intensive driving test rural vs city

Failed my first test today and trying to book another at my nearest test centres. There's nothing for months and while I've got cancellation apps a slot isn't guaranteed.

I'm thinking of doing an intensive course in a rural area with high availability. Anybody done this and passed after failing in a city area?

Rural places generally have higher pass rates but I have driven there once and there are lots of features (e.g. bendy country roads with 40 mph speed limits) which are quite different from city roads.

Don't know about the intensive aspect, but I passed in a rural area which I suspect must have had one of the highest pass rates around. Probably half of my year group passed first time (don't know how that compares to the norm) and there were lots of aspects of town driving that just didn't exist in the location - traffic lights, proper roundabouts, dual carriage way etc. No way would I have passed at that time in the city! I actually had further lessons later on so I could drive properly. Good way to get a pass under your belt though.
