Irregular bleeding

hi looking for some advice if at all possible?

Tubal ligation 2 years ago
PCOS
Regular smear tests all been fine most recent 2 years ago.
No period for 20 years only started having a cycle after tubal ligation.
Just in the past few months noticed spotting in the middle of a cycle.

For the past 10 months I have noticed bloody discharge after sex (sorry TMI) not every time so real pattern.

Just recently I have noticed a bloody discharge from my vagina after a bowel movement. Again not every time so its really difficult to pin point what could be causing it.

I am booked to have a hysteroscopy for a biopsy.

The discharge can vary from a little bit when I wipe to needing a pad. Colour can light pink to bright red to brown only last a day or so.

So I am really not sure what to think I am googling and getting all sorts from cervical cancer, bowel cancer, hormones to endometriosis.

Has anyone experienced similar?

Mum7b how did things go for you? I hope you’ve had some reassurance. This has happened to me a couple of times recently (with a bowel movement) and my GP seemed totally unconcerned because it hasn’t been happening after sex, I’m a little worried though! I’ve read about a few women on here having the same and it being a harmless cause like cervical erosion so I hope it was the same for you. I’ll be ringing her back if it continues next cycle but for now I’m just nervous to go to the bathroom!
