Treadmill is outside in a shed in the garden. Leave two kids in the locked house asleep with baby monitors and screens on them while I do a 30 minute run. Big dog in the house with kids too, but downstairs and will bark if anyone tried to break in. I will be able to see both kids on my phone while I run.
