Stomach virus and cooking - quick help needed

A relative was sick with D&V symptoms on Saturday night and yesterday. Apparently feeling better today. Could be good poisoning or could be a virus. They want me to come over for a home cooked dinner tonight. Am I crazy to think that’s not a good idea?

Me too!!! Bad memories of dealing with it and having it on an almost annual basis when dd was little…
