Anyone going today to John Lewis today in Newcastle, Liverpool, Bluewater or White city?

Builders in the kitchen due to put up new lights this week, timeline is fixed. Ordered from John Lewis in time, Royal Mail have lost a tracked parcel, it’s now out of stock so can’t re order. Online it’s showing as those stores having stock but when I try and phone up to check they tell me all stores are empty.
If anyone happens to be in one of those John Lewis’s today could they have a look for the light fitting for me to see if it’s there on the shelves?

If the app is showing 3 or more in stock in one shop, you can message the store in the app and they will post it to you.

@VeryBerry22 I messaged someone on the chat and they told me I had to phone and when I phoned they said none on stock! Maybe I’ll try again on the app, I tried on the website before

I tried to get something sent from a store recently, actually several stores. They all showed online 2 in stock but actually had none.

That’s what the person on the phone said, she could see that the stock level was zero. But it’s been showing as in store since Thursday. Someone else picked something up for me and it changed the minute they picked it up
