Do you think the organised mum method would help with anxiety?

I am on sick leave id like to order a book and create so occupational therapy. What do you think? If not any ideas?

I wouldn’t buy the book it’s all available free on the website. When I can stick to it it definitely helps me get organised and keep on top of the house.

Yes! You don't need to spend anything though, just read the website.

I find it very restful, mentally, to just do today's list and know that everything will get done in its own time. It takes away the mental load of noticing, prioritising, and deciding how much you need to do each day.

If it’s more than cleaning and a feeling about being overwhelmed by your to do list, you might find her other book, the Organised Time Technique more helpful and there’s enough free content for TOMM to slot it into TOTT without having the TOMM book and app. She also has a podcast and youtube channel – the podcast might not be particularly helpful, but there’s a bit more info about TOTT on the youtube channel.

It's 100% being over whelmed by the to do list issue - so any advice on that greatefully received
