Preparing to tell 6 and 8 Yr old we are moving out if the city they grew up in. V good community here they went to nursery school etc all within 5 mins walk. I know we are doing the right thing and they will be fine in the long run but I am worried my 8 Yr old in particular is going to be devastated. We are only moving 1 hour /1.5 hour away and have family so will come back to visit every couple of months or so. But I know the reality is all their day to day friendships will change.
Am feeling guilt and worry...help....positive stories needed
