I’ve made two complaints in the past six years to environmental health about people over the road who throw meat out to cats/foxes. The council spoke to them and told them that they must stop it, but said that they can’t stop them doing it on their own drive. I suspect they are still throwing it into the street but it makes no difference anyway because animals carry the food around and I still end up with meat and bones on my driveway. It seems to go through phases so I don’t keep a log of it or anything - I’m finding it on my driveway on a daily basis at the moment. Would this need to be declared? I think the last complaint was about a year or so ago.
I also complained about a house a few doors down who were lighting awful smelly fires during the heatwave in the first summer lockdown. They didn’t do it again after the council contacted them so I consider that resolved. Would that need to be declared?
