Make extra money after redundancy

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to make extra money on the side or a ‘side hustle’. Both me and my partner have been make redundant during coronavirus (my partner twice!).
We are both working again but our earnings are significantly lower and we are eating away at savings to cover bills despite lowering our monthly expenses. We’ve also had to change our wedding date yet again because we can’t afford to pay out extra money at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of extra income while we try to build ourselves back up again? Any ideas are greatly appreciated

Evening jobs in a bar, waitressing or waiter in a restaurant in an evening,
Lots of hospitality evening jobs and the pay adds up if you both work the same hours

When mortgage rates were around 15% and I was struggling, I took on part time job shelf filling. I would do a Friday and Saturday evening, as well as every other Sunday as they would pay extra. As well as a bit more money, it also meant I had the advantage of staff discount for my groceries.

My friend does Uber Eats and makes good money.
