Second and final interview (down to last two!). Any tips?

Just that really, I'm down to the final 2 candidates for a job I really want. They weren't even necessarily going to do a second round but were struggling to choose between us.

I have a feeling it will be about 'fit' more than anything but would love any tips you might have to ace this?

The first interview was online, this one is in person.

I was in this position recently as the hiring manager. I'm sure its very role-specific but both I could imagined would hit into our culture very well. On a personal level I did gel a little better with our chosen candidate, but they also were able to demonstrate valuable skills/had used software before that will be a great complement to the role; the candidate we declined didn't mention these and I presume didn't have any experience with them. So chosen candidate could just do the role to a higher level and could take the role to the next level.

I'd say just go in there ready to showcase your skills, use really concrete examples, ask questions that show you know the business and are excited to have the chance to be involved in the role, and be friendly! Wishing you the best of luck!
