I ordered a relatively expensive bracelet for my friends 40th, it arrived 3 days ago, she liked it.
She’s just text to say the clasp has broken so she’s sending it back in the returns box so that I get my money back.
I’ve offered to replace it but I got the impression that she liked it rather than loved it. Should I just offer the money? I think she’d be uncomfortable accepting money that way.
