Personal Skills Audit - Help

I have returned to education after years at home. One of my first tasks is a personal skills audit and I don't know what to write.
I have to list my interests, talents, achievements, personal qualities, characteristics and values. Vocational skills and transferable skills.

I have no idea how to do this and feel like I am going to fall at the first hurdle. I really want to retrain and get back to the workplace, gain some independence and put me first for a change. I have the full support of my dh and dc in this but I am doubting my abilities already as I can't even do the first assignment which is about me. Because for years I have always just did what I had to do to get by, I took jobs I didn't particularly want or love and for the last 5 years I have being at home full time.

Please can someone help me. I don't know what my talents are, my achievements are keeping my dc alive and the house running on a budget, I don't have hobbies and sporting activities go as far as walking. I have never done voluntary work. I have a very boring life and now I have to sell myself I have no clue how.
