I'm piggy backing off of another thread titled "10 year olds dimpled chest." This year, my 9 year old son (soon to be 10 year old) has developed cellulite on his chest and especially on his stomach. It freaked me out a little when I saw it, because he's not heavy at all. No one would look at him and say he's heavy. He's also developing a sort of small teeny tiny pouch in the lower belly area. I only see it when he bends over. It's not round and pudgy, it's sort of saggy. Due to COVID-19, he doesn't go outside as much. He's not at all as physically active as he used to be. When kids can't roam like my brother used to do as a kid, kids get bored outside pretty quickly. I think it's munching on too much junk and not playing outside as much. My husband said he'd never seen that on a child before and neither had I. I wonder if this is a result of kids not exercising as much during the pandemic.
