Give me some ideas for fun groups for a 5-year-old?

DS wants to do more fun stuff with other kids! I have looked into football and Beavers locally (he’s too young for beavers for now), and also found a drama group.

The Hoop app has gone Sad, so I am finding it hard to search for stuff happening that way.

Can anyone inspire me? What groups and clubs does your 5-year-old enjoy?

It’s best to ask on your local Facebook page. At this age I would be wary of over scheduling too many activities and remember you can always organise play dates, otherwise knows as inviting a child round to play.

DD does swimming and dance. The dance class offers street, contemporary, ballet, jazz and you pick which type. She is doing a trial of mixed martial arts, which hopefully she will enjoy.

I should add, I haven’t actually signed him up for the football or drama yet - so definitely not trying to overload him. Just trying to find some ideas and clubs to give a go. He has SO MUCH energy to spend Grin
