I'm heading back to work after DC4 in a couple of weeks. We have a nanny starting next week and I've never had a nanny before. We've always used a combination of childminder/nursery/wraparound care but with 4 kids under 9, a nanny is the best option.
Those of you who have/had nannies, what are your "must do" recommendations? Our nanny is so lovely and I want her to be happy, whilst also making sure that DC, DH and I are happy too.
