Restaurant recommendations in Manchester City Center please

Going to a concert in Manchester with some friends and we are planning on going for a meal before the event. Any recommendations please? Not something super posh but nicer than a Weatherspoons. Not bothered about the cuisine but it must have some vegan options, so Steakhouses are out.

Dimitris - lovely Greek restaurant near Deansgate station. Great atmosphere, gorgeous food and has vegan options.

Bundobust on Picadilly? Indian street food. Lots of good vegan options.

Which concert venue? Evuna is amazing for tapas and wine one on deansgate, one northern quarter (prefer nq one myself, I'm veggie/vegan), also Dishoom ( Indian, amazing), the Indian Tiffin room, el gato negro (high end tapas), Rudy's (for pizza), sugo pasta kitchen.

Try Alvarium/Blackleaf. Amazing vegan food.

I second Bundobast - it is amazing Indian food. Don't go expecting your average Indian takeaway-type fare. All veggie (but carnivores won't miss the meat), lots of vegan choices. Cheap too! I would go to Manchester solely to eat here!
