Our old cat does not like the new litter I've bought. It's the lavender version of Worlds Best cat litter. So much so, he has been weeing on the carpet in the corner near his litter tray to show his utter disgust.
I have been gradually adding more of it to an acceptable litter from the local shop, but I think I went too far last night as I did a whole tray of the foul smelling stuff.
This morning I came down to a soaked puppy pad (the area is covered with them, just in case) and the curtain has soaked up some of it in an attractive ombré pattern. Mmmm.
I took them down to wash, dehaired them a bit with a window squeegee but had my washing up gloves on standby just in case that didn't work.
The curtains are in the machine, happily washing away, and I went to put my gloves away and I can't find them! I can only think they too are washing away, with their plastic hanging clip. Sigh!
Monday can only get better, can't it?
