2 hours sleep help!

Hey everyone,

I start a new job today, and lastnight I literally only managed to get about 2 hours sleep 😩 this is unusual for me and no doubt by tonight my sleeping pattern will go back to normal as I will I will be exhausted

But for now I need tips on how to get through today as I'm exhausted already! 😩

Caffeine, carbs, act being awake and keep reminding yourself its only a few hours till hometime. Good luck Flowers

Stay hydrated, don't have heavy meals, don't try to say lots. Smile!

Assuming you don't have to drive or operate heavy machinery?

Once you're up and showered you'll be fine. You'll soon forget. Have a decent breakfast and don't go mad drinking too much coffee or you'll be jittery

Oh, and write stuff down - noone will think it's weird on day 1 and you'll ease your mental load.

Get fresh air regularly.

Just crack on. You’ll forget about it when you get there.

I mean you’ve just got to get on. It’s one day, you won’t expire because you’ve not slept.
