Worth a GP appointment?

Short medical history. Normally fit and well. This month though I've been having awful headaches, don't really go away. Bell's palsy on left side of face, numbness/ pain/ pins and needles in left arm/leg. I had a course of cortical steroids then I developed a facial paralyisis followed by facial twitch on the right side of my face. I have had an MRI, lumbar puncture and CT scan, blood tests for everything.

Narrowed down to migraines with neurological defects (cheery sounding) or autoimmune disease discharged and referred to Neuro as outpatient.

Now my left ear feels blocked and left cheek is really hot to touch and bright red. It feels like a sinus thing but no snot as yet(ear temp is 37.5). It sort of feels ridiculous to call and say I might have a cold but I am concerned that it could be another symptom of whatever is wrong with me. What would you do wait it out for a few days/ call GP first thing tomorrow?

See GP.
You might have a sinus or ear infection.
Any pain?

Not painful really (especially in comparison to the headache) more of an uncomfortable pressure but I'm taking a rather heady concoction of drugs cocodamol, naproxen and amiltyrptiline to deal with the headache and I assume they could be masking any earache.

Definitely go get checked out.

I get ear blockage/ fluid and stuffy/ blocked nose with migraines. But could be that. In your circumstances I’d definitely get it checked out though.
