Where would you have stashed your soft spouted cup that is a quarter full of milk? Not in the toys box or in the cupboard (his usual favourite places to tidy things into)

(Desperately hoping I can locate it before the smell of curdled milk gives the game away)

DS dumped in the bathroom after, presumably, failing to open it and pour it in the toilet. So worth a check

Get down on hands and knees and look from that angle. Balanced on any cross paths of chairs table legs.
Under any hanging washing
On top of the computer under a desk.

My 16mo likes to hide things in the sandpit.

Also in plain sight on the bookshelf. Random cupboard.

In the fridge put thee by your oh.

yellowjellytot · 19/09/2021 21:10

In the bin

Couchbettato · 19/09/2021 21:14

On/in the TV unit. Probably slightly tilted so it slowly drips on to the top of the sky box just to cause a panic

My 2yo hid his in the drawer of my bedside table. I also spent several (rainy) days searching for another cup. When the weather got better we went to play in the garden. He went straight to his ride along toy and opened up the seat compartment. He knew where it was all along.

You will have to become a toddler. Go about your day on your knees shuffling, when you see an object pull it over, clothes on the radiator? Yep pull them off, shoe rack In the hallway? Rip them fuckers down. Basically act feral and it will soon turn up.

I vote washing bin or In a kitchen cupboard.

ladygindiva · 19/09/2021 21:19

The bin

BabyRace · 20/09/2021 06:14

Did you find it OP?

bloodywhitecat · 20/09/2021 13:15

It was in our overnight bag! I am so glad I persevered with the hunt and didn't just assume he'd put it in the kitchen bin (I'd emptied that into the wheelie bin earlier last night)

Great news Smile

We once lost our tv remote for ages. Found it in a Christmas gift bag stashed in one of our bedroom cupboards. Both of my girls have liked putting things in random bags and putting the bags away.

Under sofa, behind sofa cushions, in toybox, bottom of pram or in cupboards that open.
