When to restart Everol Sequi

I’ve posted this in the menopause section but no replies so trying here:
I have been on everol sequi for about 8 months and it has been working well. You have everol 50 patches for 2 weeks and then everol conti patches for 2 weeks. When I first started them I was advised by the GP to start them when I had my period. Anyway, I have somehow got out of sequence with them due to some not sticking and having some as spares and I don’t know what patch I should be on now. So, to start them again from scratch - do I need to wait for my period again? I have taken off an everol 50 yesterday. I didn’t really want to wait for my period as that could be a while. If anyone has any advice that would be great! Thank you!

Google says this:

Peri-menopausal women who are still having regular menstrual cycles and are not currently on HRT should start Evorel Sequi within 5 days of the start of bleeding. Peri-menopausal women with irregular menstrual cycles, for whom pregnancy has been excluded, can start Evorel Sequi at any time.

Thank you. I’ll go for the option of just starting it I think.
