I did look. It can't find one. What is everyone doing today? Iv been up since 6. Big walk this morning then a trip to b&m this afternoon...for storage containers 😂.

Quiet night tonight,what does everyone else's Saturday look like?

Lie in to 10.30
Cooked lunch for 4 adults.
Sorted kitchen afterwards.
Showered and washed hair.
Sorted 3 loads of laundry.
Put yesterday's laundry away.
Sat on my arse rest of day

Run early doors.
Minding my friends kids 9-12
Collect DD from gym, over to watch local rugby match with nephew and 2 dogs.
Just home, collapsed on sofa, need to feed dogs and put washing out.
Pizza and film or Strictly later.

Lie-in till 8.30am
Food shopping at Sainsbury's
Lunch followed by doing some PTA work
Afternoon spent at a local school fete
This evening will be relaxing in front of tv after Dc have gone to bed

It's only 11:55 AM here

Lie in until 10
Lots of coffee
Sorting bits for DD1's 18th Birthday tomorrow
Turning basement back into guest suite for PIL arriving later (normally DH's home office)
Awaiting grocery delivery
Going to run lots of errands later

We've had a really busy day today

Up early as the plumber came to finish a long overdue little job

Dh and I stripped and changed all beds while dd3 was in the gym then did lots of homework before her tutoring this afternoon.

Dd2 popped to town for last minute bits for a wedding she's at next week.

I cleaned out the fridge in readiness for the food shop that's just been delivered.

Washed and hung out said dirty bedding

Dd2 , dh and I are cleaning out our embarrassingly grubby garden gym - many many spiders

Sorted electrician to come on Monday to do a couple of jobs before decorators start a week on Monday

Sorted bedrooms out for said decorators- 2 bags for the charity shop on Monday

Having chicken Milanese with spaghetti tonight so will make the sauce now the food shop has arrived

Definitely earned a glass of wine later !

Just got to the pub! Cleaned the house from top to bottom so I really had to force myself to come out. Glad I did.

Up early, put washing on - was meant to do sheets too but I suppose that will be tomorrow now.

Booked to take the dog to a secure dog field with loads of toys in it, and my friend brought her dog and the pair of them ran around for ages.

Came home, sorted washing.

Nipped to shop for new pants and bras.

Just chilling with Magic Radio on now. Don't know what to have for dinner. Looking forward to a glass of prosecco and some quiz shows later.

DS1 turned 3 today! We had two sets of grandparents round in the morning and then 3 friends with parents in the afternoon. Party is over now so I'm cuddling the baby, hoping he'll go back to sleep. Grandparents over for dinner shortly. Wondering when the birthday boy will collapse....

Slept until 9, dd2 got up at half past and dd1 at 10am.

I pottered doing house work, and ironing school shirts until dinner time, then did some bits of prep for Rainbows and Guides on Tuesday.

Both girls have spent most of the day upstairs chilling.

I tried iris folding this afternoon for the Christmas craft with my Guides. I'm really pleased with it, so might do a couple more & use those for the few people we give cards to this year.

I'm just having a glass of wine while tea cooks - southern fried chicken, chips & beans - and will nip to the shop after tea with dd1, for some sweets.

I'm planning to watch some more Once Upon A Time & do a bit more crochet, later on :)

Swimming lesson first thing, older two went for a walk along the Thames. 3yo and I went to local park for an hour (she is shattered after her first week at preschool so the Thames would have been too much)

Just doing dinner for the kids (meatballs and pasta). Sister will be round later for wine and we'll get a Chinese for the adults (me, DP and sis). Kids and DP will watch a film.

Tomorrow will be a day of homework and chores!!

Up at 8am to take DS (17) to his first ever day at work (lifeguarding at local leisure centre), so proud! 🙌 Now he can start paying for his own bloody driving lessons! 🥳 30 minute 'tidying challenge' with DS (12) and DS (8) of their bedroom. Very productive! 👍 Mom's taxi for DS (14) to play with friends in local town (live in the back end of nowhere!) All home now, safe and sound. DH (permanent chef in our house) cooking chilli, cous cous and garlic bread. 4 loads of never-ending washing. Just poured myself a lovely pink gin ☺️ In a male dominated house of 4DS's and DH, just 'booked' tele for Strictly later. 💃 Good times!

Had a relaxing morning followed by running some chores this afternoon. Had a lovely gin and chippy for tea tonight.
