Although if you suggest chamomile tea I might throw something at you Grin
I have Kirkland sleep aid on order. Already take antihistamines
Tried nytol and phenergan, Epsom salt baths, magnesium.... once I'm asleep I'm asleep but I'm awake until 3-4am
GP doesn't do sleeping tablets

Did you try Nytol one a night - it's different to regular Nytol.
However a local pharmacist put the fear of God in me when she said to use it very occasionally as there was some question re links to Alzheimers ShockShockSad

I did and nothing!
The Kirkland sleep aid arrived and seemed to knock me out so hopefully that carries on working. I've been getting about 3hrs a night

You need a dull routine every night to tell your brain it's time for sleep. I've struggled for years and it's tough. I find a guided mediation on my Kindle (brightness dimmed right down) helps me drop off. I use this one.

Have you tried sleep stories?-‘blue gold’ is a good one on you tube if you like a male English voice.
Or if you search for Jason Stephenson on you tube he’s got loads of insomnia talk downs. These are the only things that work for me when my brain refuses to switch off.
