We all know who will share the brunt of this men's rights movement, It's not going to affect him or his posh friends is it. Just listened to the clip. Why when asked about a question about women's rights does Ed Davey not even mention women in his answer? Do we not exist?

Well, that's a vote loser.

I simply do not understand how it possible to justify saying that women can have NO safe spaces. None. Nowhere. Given the sheer scale of VAWG Ed Davey should be shunned, reprimanded and considered an immoral human being. But he won't will he?

No, victims of rape do not need to re-frame their trauma to suit the agenda of a man running that centre. They ONLY need to be appropriately supported in the aftermath of sexual violence inflicted on them.

This has been a men's rights movement all along.

It's a fucking tragedy that they've smeared the LGBT movement along the way.

It is THIS that threatens trans people, not concerned women. It is the aggressive lobbying that is turning the general public against LGBT people.

It was fine before. Trans people had the right to live free from discrimination. It was "live and let live." But when the lobbyists started demanding that we change language and accept quasi-religious fictions like transwomen ARE women, that's when people started to thing "no, actually."

Not enough people say 'No, actually.'

I'm always amazed that actual grown adults in positions of power go along with this. None of it makes any sense.

You are right it makes no sense. Given that according to all crime statistics and research transwomen are just as likely to be a danger to women as any other human male, where is the logic in, for women's safety, keeping most male people out of places where women are vulnerable and yet allow a small subset of males ,who are potentially equally dangerous, access, just because they say they identify as women. It defies logic.

Ive been in a Mixed Ward , absolutely hated it. Im an older lady,but to be honest I was going to ask one man if he wanted a photograph. Hospitals are one place in particular that men and women should be separate. The NHS have not got rid of mixed wards. I was in a mixed ward earlier this year.

Lib Dem membership was up for renewal this month, so that's now cancelled.
Well at least we know where he stands now - and that he doesn't stand for women.

I was in a side room on a mixed sex ward after an operation last year. I couldn’t move and one of the men on the ward kicked off because security came and removed his visitor who I think was his dealer. He was really loud and aggressive and walking around shouting. I really don’t scare easily but I was very frightened, I kept thinking if he comes in here and shuts the door I don’t know what I’ll do. The nurses were doing their best but they were very busy. I didn’t sleep at all, I just wanted to leave and I’ve have discharged myself if I’d had to stay another night.

I no longer vote for them after this policy came in. That and accepting a new lib dem member/ candidate who thought it appropriate to have a man who raped and tortured a ten year old as an election official supporting their candidature (forgotten the correct term)

That goes for the greens too, who was the original party they stood for at local elections.
