Photo editing app help needed please..

I have this frame (see pic)...I want to take photos using it to frame the person (obviously 🤣) then I need an app to remove the background, leaving person & frame intact.

Photo room doesn't do this - it leaves either half the frame & the person, or just the person.

Does anyone know of any apps that might do what I want? PhotoRoom's usually good for what I want to do, but not this time 🤷‍♀️

I've tried Picsart app & can edit round the frame but can't work out how to remove the background in it but leave a person (my unwilling victim in all of this is dd1 🤣)

Try PicMonkey or Canva - they both have background removal tools. Best results would be if you have a plain colour contrasting background. Good luck!

Thanks @deleteasappropriate, I'll try those when I get in. I'm not sure there is a completely plain background where I want to use it but will do my best to find one!

Is it possible to the app to 'cut' round the person and paste that into a new picture.

You can do this in Microsoft Paint but if the person has wobbly edges (don't we all!) if may be rather difficult...

Probably. That's going to be time consuming though. It's for something I was hoping to try and do with my Guides next week.

I was playing earlier & think Canva might be my best option (I was using a magazine template) but couldn't find a background removal tool on it 🤷‍♀️

I was just thinking I have a subscription to Picmonkey so might be able to sort immediately x
