Routine eye appointment, Optician said nerve is not lying flat and to attend eye hospital immediately. We went, they took photographs and said a more in depth scan was needed but the team that do that weren't available so am appointment would be sent in the post. No other symptoms (child aged 7), Google has scared me silly about this. Nerve is apparently not bleeding. Does anybody have any experience of what this could be? I'm so far seeing absolute horror stories on the Internet. Thanks in advance.
