I wish I had hands like yours, I was massively overweight a few years ago, I thought my hands would shrink as I lost weight...they didn't. Short and stumpy with sausage fingers 😭

My wedding ring and engagement ring were chosen individually. I'm not sure DH would have known combo's were a thing!

You can't really tell from this image but they're white gold. Dh & I have matching wedding rings. I only got the engagement ring a year or so ago and it's tanzanite surrounded by tiny diamonds. It was cheaper than our wedding rings but I love it anyway.

There's are mine my engagement ring was slightly altered so it would sit properly on my wedding ring. All 3 were bought at different times/places but I love how they look together

Plain platinum band here. I thought I wanted pave or channel set diamonds but once I put the plain band on it felt right!

Had my wedding band made to fit my engagement ring as it looked odd with a straight band and other shaped bands left gaps that didn't look right. It wasn't hugely expensive either.. I like sapphires!

My engagement ring was never going to be easy to find a band to go with. Plus it was an Opal so totally not an everyday ring! But I fell in love with it and we chose it. It was second hand. I liked the uniqueness of it.

Same with my wedding band. Second hand. But I love it. It’s different.

I had my wedding ring made to fit my engagement ring in palladium. It has skyrocketed in value since!

18ct yellow gold. I wanted a plain but heavy band as I'm a nurse so can't wear any jewellery other than a plain wedding band.

I have a platinum band and platinum engagement ring that I think is decorative enough.

Mine is white gold with 3 light sapphires and 4 diamonds.

Plain gold band here too, the engagement ring was handed down to me and has a groove cut in on one side so the sapphire sits nicely over the wedding band.
