Do walk in centres give out sick notes?

Currently off sick with a flare up of a chronic condition. Self certification has run out. My GP can't even give me a phone appointment until October. And they won't get a GO to write one and leave it at reception either. Is there anywhere else I can get one from?

After 40 minutes in a queue I finally have an appointment for the OOH GP tomorrow. Seems an inappropriate reason to see the OOH but what can you do?! No wonder my hospital is constantly on Opel 4. Covid is the only time I've ever know it but be at Opel 4 though.

MS team at hospital were unable to do a sicknote as were occupational health at work. HR never answered the phone!
