Hi just wondering if someone had some advise please so I've got 2 kids he hasn't been involved I been on benefits just wondering if I was to.give it another go with the kids dad would he get into trouble for never paying for them.?

Your concern he should not be him. It should be your children. Don't move them in with a useless uninterested piece of shit. They deserve better.

no he wont but just make sure you let your benefits team know your change of circumstances if you move in with him just to keep yourself right. And consider the financial impact if your benefits are stopped or reduced as you will then be assessed as a couple.
