I want to say "Can you speak French?"

Is it with or without the hyphen? and should it have a ?

Or

1. Parlez vous Français?

Parlez-vous français I think

You need the hyphen.

You don't capitalise languages in French - I think because they are adjectives not proper nouns info the sentance.
