Fitbit app not showing steps,has it changed?

My Fitbit app isn't showing sleep or steps and I can't add them.

Is this a way to make me pay for the premium thing?

I have a Fitbit Charge2

I also have a charge 2 and it shows both those things. Does your app need updating or your fitbit need charging?

They're both part of "basic" fitbit. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I've updated/deleted/reinstalled etc and I can't add them ☹️

All sorted.... I repaired the Fitbit to my phone. I recently upgraded my phone so I think that may have been the problem.

Steps and sleep are back 🤛
