You know when your mind goes blank and you can't decide what to do? I have that today. 😂 (Teething DS definitely has something to do with it...)
Anyway, I'm making a Mediterranean seafood stew tonight. I've made it before but for some reason I cannot remember which pan I used! Would you go for large soup pan (big sturdy chap with two handles on the sides), or a large high sided, deep frying pan. I cook Bolognese and chilli, shakshuka, etc. in the frying pan.
I'm making enough that DH and I will have some, and happy for there to be leftovers to freeze.
Please help me in my sleep deprived moment.
