Can someone help me please. I am in the process of applying for a Civil Service job. Any advice on what format to use when completing the work history and the Personal Statement.

The civil service publishes lots of information about its success criteria, there are likely to be links in the job advert.

Evidence and examples of the criteria and skills they say are essential.

My sister works for the civil service and their recruitment process is so transparent/objective with really specific things that they're looking for. They share this information so it should be available to you wherever you applied for the job.
