Fourth row between 7 and 6 on the right is a 1, so the other square in there is a 2. And go from there.

Is the 35# not 352?

The line ### 689 57# = 571. Then the 35# above that is 352, making 7#6 above that, 716.

On line 6 that should say

Look at the 2's in the middle third, it's easy to spot the 2 in the right hand panel and then there's only number 1 to fill in and you have a finished panel.

It gets easier from there...

Omg! how did I miss that it could only be a 1 between the 7 and 6 in line 4? The 2 is right next to the 7 so obviously the 2 isn't going to go in that row.
