I definitely eat 400g of mostly veg and some fruit a day, however I was reading an article that suggest 800g / 10 a day is optimum. I'm not sure I could manage that much. It also talks about variety so I was thinking about how many different veg and fruit I eat.
I counted 25 vegetables and only 10 fruit. I'm interested to know if this is a wide variety, or should I be trying something new. I'm not so keen on fruit, probably 1 a day, and more in summer as I prefer berries and cherries.
I haven't counted lentils, beans etc. Which I do eat.
