I have some pork shoulder steaks, any ideas please?

Need to cook them tonight but have little clue what to do with them!

Marinate in olive oil, oregano and lemon juice then oven bake in foil.

I would add a thin layer of pesto on each steak, fry up some sliced mushrooms then pop them on top, add a bit of blue cheese, then bake for 15-20mins. Serve with buttery mash and a green. Ensure you put the steaks in a little tinfoil parcel (each) so the cheese doesn’t end up at the bottom of the oven tray!

I often use diced pork shoulder in curry or noodles.
